Personal profile of visa applicant<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\tOriginal passport:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Must be valid for at least 6 months from the expected date of entry.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tVisa application form:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Fill in the information completely and accurately according to the Embassy\/Consulate form.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tPassport photos:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Size, quantity and photo standards must comply with the regulations of each country.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tIdentity documents:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Citizen ID card\/National identity card, Household registration, Birth certificate, Marriage certificate (if any).<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>2. Company profile in Vietnam (sending company)<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\tDecision to send on a business trip:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Official document from the company, clearly stating the name of the person being sent, position, purpose of the trip, duration of the trip and commitment to pay related expenses.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tEmployment Contract:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Copy of valid employment contract.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tBusiness registration certificate:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Notarized copy or company confirmation.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tTax receipts or company bank statements:<\/font><\/font><\/b> To prove the company&#39;s legal business operations and financial capacity.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\tOther documents:<\/font><\/font><\/b> Letter of introduction for representative submitting application, power of attorney if the applicant is not the visa applicant.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3.
